We believe that the warrior spirit is about transforming your body and mind into a place of physical and mental strength together with a winning mindset. Our instructors have a range of different styles and skillsets to establish you as a full time competition grappler, or hobbyist. All instructors are fully CRB checked and First Aiders to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.
Our kids programme starts from age 4, beginning with awareness, fundamentals and forms of self defence through play. Once they reach the age of 8 more technical applications for sport jiu- jitsu and self defence are taught to make your child more confident, disciplined and technical whilst practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Affiliation
Daniel is a Roger Gracie BJJ black belt and has been training for the past 12 years and in that time has had an active and successful competitive career: A British and English champion at black belt, NAGA elite European champion and a number one ranked black belt by the UKBJJA. He's been invited to and competed in the world's biggest submission grappling tournaments such as Polaris pro, ADCC and the Eddie Bravo Invitational.
